Sage & Sun Yoga Studio A quiet, intentional yoga practice for people who want to slow down.

Vinyasa Flow in Austin

A breath-led, steadily building practice that links movement to breath — energizing without the intensity of a typical gym class.

Students flowing through a vinyasa sequence in a sunlit studio

Vinyasa Flow is our most dynamic practice, built around one simple idea: let the breath lead the movement. Every class links postures into a slow-building sequence, so you build heat and strength gradually, rather than being pushed into it. It suits anyone who wants to move, sweat a little, and still leave feeling calm rather than wrung out.

What We Offer

  • A 75-minute class that moves from gentle warm-up to peak poses and back down to stillness
  • Beginner-friendly pacing, with modifications offered for every posture
  • Small class sizes, so teachers can adjust the sequence to the room
  • Morning and evening sessions throughout the week
  • Optional hands-on adjustments, always asked for first
  • A few quiet minutes of stillness at the end of every class

How to Book a Class

Reserve your spot through our online booking form, where you can see the week's schedule and choose a time that works for you. Arrive ten to fifteen minutes early for your first class so a teacher can walk you through the room and any props you might want. Classes run about 75 minutes start to finish.

Pricing

A single Vinyasa Flow class is $28, with class packs and monthly memberships available at a lower per-class rate. Your first class is free — book it the same way as any other class.

Questions

Is Vinyasa Flow a hard workout?

It can build heat, but the pace is set by breath, not speed. Most students describe it as energizing rather than exhausting.

Can I join if I've never done yoga before?

Yes. Teachers offer modifications for every pose, and it's common to have complete beginners in the same room as regular students.
