Our Practices

Four practices, one shared pace — choose what your body needs this week.

  • Students flowing through a vinyasa sequence in a sunlit studio
Vinyasa Flow A breath-led, steadily building practice that links movement to breath — energizing without the intensity of a typical gym class. $28 per class
  • A student resting in a supported yin yoga pose
Yin Yoga A slow, floor-based practice of long-held, passive postures that targets connective tissue and quiets the nervous system. $26 per class
  • A student fully supported in a restorative pose
Restorative Yoga A fully supported, prop-heavy practice built almost entirely around rest — the gentlest class on our schedule. $26 per class
  • A student practicing a seated breathing technique
Breathwork Guided pranayama sessions that use the breath alone to calm the nervous system, on or off the mat. $22 per session

Meet Our Teachers

Three teachers, one shared practice: slow down, breathe, and meet yourself where you are.

  • Portrait of a vinyasa yoga teacher

    Maren Hale

    Founder & Vinyasa Teacher

“I teach vinyasa because breath-led movement taught me how to slow down without stopping. I want every student to leave steadier than they arrived.”

  • Portrait of a yin and restorative yoga teacher

    Priya Anand

    Yin & Restorative Teacher

“Yin yoga gave me permission to rest, and I want to pass that permission on to everyone who walks through our door.”

  • Portrait of a breathwork and meditation teacher

    Sofia Reyes

    Breathwork Teacher

“Breathwork changed how I handle stress long before I ever stepped onto a mat — teaching it lets me hand that same tool to someone else.”

Questions

Do I need any yoga experience to join?

No. Our vinyasa, yin and restorative classes are taught at a pace beginners can follow, and teachers offer modifications throughout. If you've never set foot on a mat, you're welcome in any class on the schedule.

Is the first class really free?

Yes. New students can book one class at no charge through our online booking form. After that, you can choose a single class, a class pack or a monthly membership.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing you can move in and a water bottle. Mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are provided, so you don't need to bring your own equipment.

How far in advance should I book?

Classes are kept small, so we recommend booking at least a day ahead through the schedule. Walk-ins are welcome when a class isn't full.

What happens if I can't make a class I booked?

Let us know as soon as you can so we can offer your spot to another student. You can reach us by phone or through the contact page.
